KoMo Fidibus XL Electric Grain Mill

Designed by Wolfgang Mock of Germany, the KoMo Fidibus XL Electric Grain Mill is irresistible to lovers of clean design, natural materials and fine craftsmanship. The Fidibus XL mill can be thought of as a "supersized" version of the KoMo Classic mill. It combines the Classic's attractive construction of solid native beechwood and fingerjointed corner with a larger motor. Cabinet size is also a bit larger.

• The grinding burrs of the XL are designed for particularly aggressive grain feeding and with its high strength 600 watt motor, this mill produces 7 ounces of flour per minute at the finest setting
• Its large solid beech hopper holds 2 lb, 10 oz of grain, and as with all KoMo mills, the XL can run continuously so you can refill and keep grinding for whatever quantity of flour you need
• All dry grains can be ground, including wheat (both hard and soft), oat groats (dehulled oats), rice, triticale, kamut, spelt, buckwheat, barley, rye, millet, teff, quinoa, amaranth, sorghum and dent (field) corn
• It will also grind spices, lentils and dry beans (pinto, red, garbanzo, kidney, etc) It isn't suitable for herbs, oilseeds like flax or sesame, popcorn, or fibrous materials
• As with all KoMo grinders, cleanup of the Fidibus XL is minimal and easy
