Normal delivery hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. local time. To facilitate a seamless fulfillment process, please ensure that your shipping address allows for daytime delivery and that all contact details on your AIR MILES profile or provided at time of order are up to date.

All products are delivered via standard shipping, using common Canadian carriers, and are defined as “Threshold” delivery. Threshold delivery is the first dry area of the home or office (i.e., garage or threshold of the consumer’s home – front door or the lobby of a building). In most cases, threshold delivery means the item will be delivered just inside the first-floor front door of your home or office. If there are steps leading to your front door, the item will be placed in your garage or delivered to your dock. When delivering to an apartment building, delivery will be to the central lobby only. Delivery personnel will not unpack or set up the item for you and will not place it in a specific room.

Multi-product orders may be fulfilled in separate shipments.

Shipments may require an adult signature.

Please note: To report any damage that occurred during delivery, AIR MILES^® must be contacted within the first 48 hours of receiving your product. For your protection, please inspect your package at the time of delivery and do not sign for or accept any packaging with external damage.

If shipped by traceable carrier, you will receive an email from our fulfillment house with tracking details for your shipment. Review your order history at any time by signing in and checking My orders.
