How to use

Xbox One console steps: Redeem a prepaid code.

1) From the Home screen, scroll right to Store.

2) Under Games, select Browse All Games.

3) Select Use a code. Or, say “Xbox, use code.”

4) If prompted, sign in.

5) Select Enter the 25-character code.

6) Use the on-screen keyboard to enter your 25-character code. Don't worry about hyphens, the system takes care of those for you.

7) Once your code is redeemed, you'll receive a confirmation message.

Xbox 360 console steps: Redeem a prepaid code.

1) Sign in to Xbox Live using the account for which you want to use the prepaid code.

2) Press the Guide button on your controller.

3) Go to Games & Apps, and then select Redeem Code.

4) Enter the 25-character prepaid code and then select Done.

5) When prompted, select Yes to confirm the redemption.
