This exercise bike features an easy-to-use training computer that displays time, speed, distance, RPM, brake level, energy consumption, and heart rate. It boasts of 10 exercise programs - 6 preset profiles and 4 user configurable profiles with dot matrix plus a heart rate control program that automatically adjusts the resistance to meet target rate. Simply begin pedaling to start the machine and glide through the 15 levels of resistance with the use of adjustable footplates and telemetric hand grips that provide pulse rate readings visible on the computer.
