Description

Model: BG56CE

Designed with ease of use in mind, the STIHL BG 56 C-E features our simplified starting system with the STIHL Easy2Start™. The STIHL Easy2Start™ lets you start the engine with a long easy pull of the starting rope rather than a hard fast jerk, making starting virtually effortless. The semi-automatic choke and the new start/stop switch make it virtually impossible to flood when starting this unit. The high-performance, low-emission engine makes quick work of leaves and other yard waste.

Note: By ordering this item you will receive a Stihl Product Certificate to be redeemed in person at any of Stihl's over 1,000 Independent Dealers across Canada. To locate the Stihl Dealer(s) nearest you, please visit www.stihl.ca for a complete list.

  • Reduced-emission engine technology - 2-stroke engine with stratified charge. A fuel-free layer of air is created between the burned charge in the combustion chamber and the fresh charge in the crankcase, reducing the amount of fuel lost during the charge cycle. This results in more power with a lower weight, up to 20% lower fuel consumption than regular 2-stroke engines and significantly reduced exhaust emissions
  • Multi-function control handle - Easy, comfortable thumb-operated control means the operator's hand never leaves the handle
  • Manual fuel pump (Purger) - A small fuel pump delivers fuel to the carburettor at the touch of a button. This reduces the number of starting strokes required following extended breaks in operations
