How to use

This code may be redeemed through PlayStation®Store on a PS4™, PS3™, and PS Vita system, or on a personal computer.

1) Open a Sony Entertainment Network (“SEN”) account or use an existing account.

2) From your PS4, PS3, or APS Vita system or a personal computer, access PlayStation Store.

3) Click the Redeem Codes icon.

4) Enter the code provided. Please note that the code is case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as displayed.

Terms & Conditions

Card is valid for a membership to PlayStation®Plus for the initial term stated on the face of Card. You will receive this PlayStation Plus membership for 12 months. Unless you cancel your membership at least one day prior to the renewal date, this membership will automatically convert to a 12-month membership. Terms of Service and User Agreement. After conversion, your membership will automatically renew every 12 months until you cancel it. You may cancel your membership via the SEN account management tools, by contacting customer support at 877-971-7669 or through www.us.playstation.com. If you purchase this product, the automatic top-up setting in your SEN account will be turned “ON” to fund all SEN purchases using the credit card associated with your SEN account, if applicable. PS Plus is only available to legal U.S. and Canadian residents with a SEN account who are 7 years or older, and legal residents of Mexico, Chile, Argentina and Brazil who are 13 years or older.
