Valid at any Sail locations in Canada
SAIL gift cards sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. They are valid at all times for purchases in SAIL stores or online at sail.ca. They cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law, and have no other market value. They have no expiration date and carry no additional fees for electronic cards. Damaged or altered gift cards will not be accepted. In case of loss, theft, or unauthorized use, no replacement will be provided. When an item purchased with a gift card is returned, the refund will be issued in the form of a new gift card. The balance of a gift card can be checked at the bottom of the receipt for in-store purchases, at the checkout, at the customer service desk, or by contacting customer service via chat on sail.ca or by email at info@sail.ca. Electronic gift cards can be used in-store and online, and their cost corresponds to their face value. Using a gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
